2. Cookies we use

This site uses only technical, first-party cookies and storage, essential for it to work, which do not require consent:

• Language (weblang): remembers the language you choose (ES/EN).
• Theme (webtheme): remembers your light/dark mode preference (local storage).

3. Analytics and third-party cookies

This site currently does not use analytics or third-party cookies for advertising or tracking. If an analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics) is enabled in the future, you will be informed and your prior consent will be requested.

4. The venues' menu

Each restaurant's public menu does not use tracking cookies: visit measurement is aggregated, with no IP address or diner identification (privacy by design).

5. How to manage them
