Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the contracting and use of the MovilMenu digital menu service, owned by Felipe Jurado, SLU (Móvil Menú) (Tax ID B67876805), which lets hospitality venues publish their menu accessible via QR code or link.

The service is aimed exclusively at professionals (hospitality businesses and self-employed traders) acting within their business activity, not at consumers.

2. Sign-up and account

To use the service you must create an account with truthful data and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all content you publish on your menu (dishes, descriptions, prices and allergens), which must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights.

3. Price and payment

The service is provided by subscription at the current price published on the Pricing page. Billing is handled through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Venues migrated from a previous platform may keep a legacy rate agreed individually, which is shown in their control panel and prevails over the published price.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription has an annual term and renews automatically for equal periods. You may cancel the renewal at any time from your control panel, with no notice period: the service stays active until the end of the period already paid, and is not renewed again. The annual payment is non-refundable once the corresponding period has started.

We will notify you of each upcoming renewal by email and in your control panel 15, 3 and 1 days before the renewal date.

4 bis. Non-payment and suspension

If a renewal cannot be charged, you have a grace period of 7 days to update your payment method. After that, your published menu is suspended: anyone scanning the QR code sees a courtesy page instead of the menu.

Nothing is deleted. Your content stays intact and the menu is restored as soon as payment goes through.

5. Customer obligations

You agree to lawful use of the service, not to take actions that harm its operation, and to ensure your menu content complies with applicable regulations (including mandatory allergen information).

6. Availability and liability

We provide the service with the utmost diligence but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure or for unauthorised use of your credentials. The content of each menu is the sole responsibility of the venue.

7. Intellectual property

The software, design and trademarks of the service belong to Felipe Jurado, SLU (Móvil Menú). Contracting does not imply any transfer of these rights. The content you publish on your menu remains yours.

7 bis. Referral programme

If you refer another venue and it becomes a paying subscriber, both of you receive two free months, credited as an extension of your respective renewal dates. There is no limit on the number of referrals. The credit is granted only once the referred venue's first payment goes through, and it has no cash value.

7 ter. Termination and deletion of your data

You may request the deletion of your account at any time. Deleting an account permanently removes your menu and the images uploaded to it (dish and category photos, logo), which are not recoverable. We recommend keeping your own copy of any image you wish to preserve before requesting deletion.

8. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Málaga, unless the law sets another mandatory jurisdiction (e.g. the consumer's domicile).
